1. What we collect

When you download a free provider list, we ask for your work email address. We store that email along with the date, the page you were on, and the source label of the download. We do not collect passwords, payment details, or browsing history on free downloads.

2. How we use your email

• To deliver the CSV list you requested.
• To remember your address on this device so you don't have to re-enter it.
• If you opt in, to send occasional market-data updates. You can unsubscribe from these at any time using the link in any email.

3. What we never do

• We never sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.
• We never use your email for advertising retargeting.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

Our legal basis for processing your email is your consent, given when you check the consent box before downloading a list. You may withdraw consent at any time by requesting deletion of your data (see below). Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

5. Data retention

We retain your email for as long as your device-level preference is active, and in our records to maintain download history. You can request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request that we delete your data.
• Withdraw consent — stop future processing.
• Object — object to processing for legitimate interests.
